Best Sheds brand has seen rapid growth in the Victorian market, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Victorian team. Since establishing ourselves in the Victorian Shed scene, Best Sheds have maintained year on year growth, and dedicated ourselves to ensuring we are the most recognised and trusted brand in shed manufacturing and distribution. Due to this increased demand, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to join the team in our Bendigo office. The successful applicant will join an established and cohesive team of sales professionals, and become part of a healthy work culture, with great career potential. This is a unique opportunity to work in a sales role with a great brand, maintain work life balance, and NO COLD CALLING. Best Sheds works to provide you with warm leads from multiple avenues and provides you with the training and tools that you need to be successful. Potential to earn $160K OTE through base salary and uncapped commissions You will be based out of our Bendigo office Must be available to work every second Saturday (5 day week roster) Full-time position Great culture with a collaborative work environment Work with an industry leader & well-known brand The role: Based in the Bendigo Display Site, working within a fast‑paced, high‑energy sales environment. 90% of your leads will be converted over the phone 10% walk‑ins and online enquiries 100% warm leads Uncapped earning potential Key responsibilities and qualifications: To be successful in this role you will have: The ability to learn and adapt to new technology Driven and hungry to exceed targets The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Knowledge of the shed/steel industry highly regarded but not required Building/Construction experience/knowledge advantageous but not required Highly motivated and driven, self‑starters, with a drive to learn and succeed will excel in this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
