Quest St Kilda Bayside is a 4 star, 54 room property located in the heart of vibrant St Kilda, only a few minutes' walk to trams, the beach and the numerous cafes and restaurants in Acland and Fitzroy streets. The property offers guests an outdoor swimming pool, gym and onsite car parking. Quest St Kilda Bayside is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join its high energy, diverse and dedicated team on a Full-time basis. The position involves all aspects of front office reception including providing friendly, personalised customer service, responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting corporate and leisure guests and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk. The successful applicant should be bubbly, friendly and will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a small team, experience with front office booking systems, strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation. Previous front office / reception experience in a hospitality / travel / tourism environment would be highly regarded. The successful applicant must be available to work on a rotating roster as well as weekends and some public holidays. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis.
