Established in 2005, ACM provides speech pathology services to children, adolescents and adults in our clinics and local partner schools. Our team includes managers, senior supervisors, experienced and early career level speech pathologists as well as allied health assistants and administrative staff. Due to high demands for services, we are growing and seek clinicians to join our speech pathology team. New Graduate Program - Please see our New Graduate Program on our website for more details Our Clients: We're NDIS registered and support a wide range of NDIS and private child, adolescent and adult clients. Typical areas we support include speech production, oral language, reading, spelling, reading comprehension, written expression, fluency difficulties, pragmatic language and social communication. About the Role: Administer assessments to develop and manage therapy plans for clients Manage a varied caseload and facilitate individual and group-based therapy Collaborate with clients, parents, teachers, colleagues and other professionals associated with your clients Complete reports and clinical tasks Use our cloud-based software to complete clinical notes and other duties Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Speech pathology qualification at either Bachelor's or Master's degree level Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility for membership) Current Working with Children's check (WWCC) (or eligibility to apply) Current driver's licence and use of own vehicle (travel allowance provided) Commitment to continuing professional development and evidence-based practice Collaborative, client-centred approach Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Additional Benefits Join an established, friendly, supportive team Attractive salary plus super, bonus scheme, professional development and travel allowance Minimal travel as you'll be clinic based with local school/preschool visits (no home visits) Varied caseload (and build your caseload over time) Generous in-house and external professional development Weekly supervision with our senior speech pathologists or managers New graduate support program (additional supervision and training) Provision of a laptop, iPad and charges as well as access to a well-equipped office including extensive resources, assessments and IT systems (including cloud-based software for electronic scheduling and client records) Quarterly staff development days for team building, professional development & social activities Terrific administrative support (e.g. taking payments, answering calls, NDIS & other processes) Supportive career development and progression APPLY NOW To apply, please send your cover letter and CV through our website Please do not apply for this role unless you meet the above essential criteria.
