CARe is focused on developing new technologies that will change and enhance the customer offering and delivering a new and innovative way to manage the End to End Claims and Repair Experience. We are currently seeking a full-time Customer CARe Advisor to join our team in Derwent Park . The Customer CARe Advisor will be the point of contact with the customer and share the responsibility for guiding them through the end to end repair experience. Liaise with insurance company as needed Monitor and update the bookings to meet business needs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions About You: Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively IT literacy and competency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different software systems Familiarity with automotive insurance claims or automotive customer service experience will be highly desirable A team player who is ready to contribute to our positive work environment Must be a Permanent Resident or hold appropriate Australian working rights #J-18808-Ljbffr
