Treasury Implementation Consultant
to join our growing Solutions Delivery team. As a Treasury Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements relating to all modules of the GTreasury Treasury management system, and for implementing the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.What We’re Looking For:Intellectual Curiosity: In this role you will always be presented with new and different ways of approaching a problem. We’re looking for somebody who knows that software is a team sport, who values collaboration, and who is always growing and seeking to improve their own skills.What You Will Do:Participate in discovery sessions with clients on their technical requirements and business processes relating to the management of their financial instrument’s portfolio, including debt instruments, derivatives, and investments along with any Cash Management, Payments and Accounting requirements they may have.Gather and understand the full requirements and document the scope of implementationArticulate configuration rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goals and outcomes in line with the client requirementsTrain both clients and internal parties on the modules and on market best practiceParticipate in building and implementation of the solutionHelp support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementationEnsure implementation proceeds on-specification and budgetEnsure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services deliveredTier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instrumentsProvide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channelsSpecific Experience for the Role:Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or FintechProven track record in project management and Treasury system implementations – either on behalf of clients or as a business userThorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments, cash and payments and the systems that support such activitiesAdept with financial markets mathematicsA good team player with ability to act on own initiativeStrong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environmentsAbility to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issuesAble to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast paced environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levelsEducation Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experienceEnrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plusWhat You Will Get:A high impact, high visibility role at a growing SaaS company that values personal growth, accountability, and the concept of “good work.”A great management team and reporting structure that supports you and your growthA culture of open collaboration and problem solvingAn empowered role on the Solutions team, responsible for driving business valueGreat benefits, culture, and the ability to work remotelyAbout GTreasury:GTreasury believes there is opportunity in complexity.
