As an Accounting Consultant , you’ll become the trusted advisor for customers using their forecasting solution - guiding new clients through onboarding, adoption, and success. You’ll build strong relationships, empower users with expert insights, and ensure they get maximum value from the product. This is a hands‑on, customer-focused role that blends your accounting expertise with a passion for technology and problem-solving. What You’ll Be Doing Customer care: Manage and resolve support queries quickly and effectively. Relationship building: Deliver exceptional service that drives loyalty and long-term satisfaction. Customer success: Empower users to achieve best-practice outcomes and adopt efficient workflows. Product expertise: Become a subject-matter expert on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles. Collaboration: Communicate customer feedback to internal teams and contribute to process improvement. Knowledge sharing: Deliver clear, engaging training sessions, documentation, and webinars. What We’re Looking For Degree-qualified accountant (CA/CPA desirable). Strong grasp of accounting principles and an understanding of how accounting firms operate. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving ability. Tech‑savvy with experience using SaaS platforms, CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), and ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk). Ideally, 2+ years in a customer success or similar client‑facing role.
