You will be instrumental in ensuring outstanding delivery and continuous improvement of our end-to-end employee benefits operations. Working within our People Services unit, you'll contribute to an agile and connected team dedicated to providing top-tier service and driving all key benefits initiatives for the ANZ business.**How you will contribute:*** Deliver a seamless employee benefits experience* Drive compliance and best-practice benefit program design* Manage key external partnerships and supplier relationships* Innovate our rewards strategy by staying abreast of market trends* Collaborate with our shared service center for effective delivery**What you will bring:*** Proven administration experience (HR administration preferred)* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills* Action-orientated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude* Detail-oriented and have expertise in Microsoft office tools (especially Excel)* Solid knowledge of employee benefits and rewards principles* HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience## No Relocation support available**Business Unit Summary**At Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
