What you need to know about this position: This pivotal role as a My Rewards (Benefits) Advisor positions you as a critical partner to the People Team across Australia and New Zealand. You will be instrumental in ensuring outstanding delivery and continuous improvement of our end-to-end employee benefits operations. Working within our People Services unit, you’ll contribute to an agile and connected team dedicated to providing top-tier service and driving all key benefits initiatives for the ANZ business. How you will contribute: Deliver a seamless employee benefits experience Drive compliance and best-practice benefit program design Manage key external partnerships and supplier relationships Innovate our rewards strategy by staying abreast of market trends Collaborate with our shared service center for effective delivery What you will bring: Proven administration experience (HR administration preferred) Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Action-orientated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude Detail-oriented and have expertise in Microsoft office tools (especially Excel) Solid knowledge of employee benefits and rewards principles HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary At Mondelēz International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
