Add expected salary to your profile for insights Bayswater Mazda is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Bayswater, WA 6053. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and the timely completion of all vehicle repairs and maintenance. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the strategic objectives of our Automotive Trades business. What you'll be doing Manage and oversee the service department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow organisation Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Liaise with customers to understand their needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, providing training and development opportunities Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry regulations and Mazda's quality standards Collaborate with the sales and parts departments to deliver a seamless customer experience Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Bayswater Mazda business What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar service management role within the automotive industry Strong technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines Relevant industry qualifications or certifications What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive training and development opportunities Opportunities for career advancement within the Mazda network Supportive and collaborative work environment About us Bayswater Mazda is a leading automotive dealership in Western Australia, providing high-quality Mazda vehicles and exceptional customer service.
