Role Overview You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy outstanding dining experiences in all areas of the business, including the Café, Bar and Events. You will assist in leading a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of service and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day operation of SOL Cafe & Bar. Lead food and beverage staff, ensuring high standards of service and presentation. Handle member and guest enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Supervise a variety of events, from internal ticketed events to meetings, conferences, corporate golf days, and weddings between 40 and 150 guests. Oversee event logistics, room sets, planning, inventory control, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor and maintain quality control of food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence. What We're Looking For At least 2 years' experience in a food and beverage supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a hospitality or golf resort environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food and beverage service. Available to work a flexible roster to suit the needs of a 7‑day operation – evenings, weekends, public holidays as required.
