Description $80,350 - $93,750 + Super About The Role And Team The A&M Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) team comprises of former Big Four professionals delivering top-tier financial due diligence for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients. We specialise in buy-side and sell-side engagements, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flow analysis, working capital reviews, and key business drivers. Key Responsibilities Engage in due diligence engagements for business acquisitions or disposals, collaborating with private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance by examining accounting records and engaging with management teams. Develop and assess pro forma financial data to support strategic decision-making. Uncover critical factors influencing purchase price and deal structuring to optimise transaction outcomes. Deliver insightful findings and actionable recommendations through comprehensive analysis. What You Bring To The Team Experience in a FDD role, along with a background in a Big 4 environment. CPA or CA qualified. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, ideally with experience in data analytics and visualisation software.
