About The Role We are looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities, and connecting with hospitality venues across Australia. You will be introducing CTB AND CO. products, particularly Cooking the Books and Drinking the Profits, helping operators streamline back‑of‑house operations and make smarter business decisions. This role combines outreach, relationship‑building and market presence, giving you multiple ways to connect with potential clients. Responsibilities Engage and build relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, social channels and events. Build rapport, explore needs and create opportunities. Represent Quantaco and CTB AND CO. at industry events, expos and networking opportunities. Meet operators in person and online, generating interest and building awareness. Understand client challenges and demonstrate how our products simplify operations, provide actionable insights and improve overall performance. Track engagement and activity in the CRM, ensure opportunities are well‑documented and collaborate with the wider sales team to progress leads effectively. About You You are energetic, commercially minded, and enjoy connecting with people. You know how to create opportunities through meaningful conversations and thrive in a customer‑focused environment.
