Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. Manage documentation including schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes. Track budgets, procurement, and resource allocation. Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Identify and escalate issues to minimise risks. Support user training, testing, and change management. Ensure compliance with IT governance and data protection policies. Key RelationshipsBusiness and ICT delivery teams Project sponsors and governance groups External stakeholders (e.g., state partners) Change, communications, and BAU transition leads Essential CriteriaMinimum 2 years' experience in IT project support or coordination. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile). Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills. Strong organisational and communication abilities. Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.Desirable CriteriaProject management qualifications. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
