What you'll be doing To provide flexible, holistic and culturally sensitive health services to Aboriginal clients and the community to achieve better health outcomes and better access to health services for Aboriginal people within the Mid North Coast Local Health District. To improve timely immunisation coverage of Aboriginal children within Mid North Coast Local Health District and the aims of the NSW Aboriginal Immunisation Support Worker Program. About You You are of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, bringing with me a strong commitment to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal communities. My professional journey is guided by respect for culture, history, and the social determinants that shape health and wellbeing. You engage respectfully with individuals, families, communities, and service providers to build trust and deliver effective support. You confident in using a range of computer programs including word processing, data management systems, and spreadsheets to support accurate record-keeping and reporting.
