Empower Your Abilities PTY LTD – Sydney CBD NSW We're Hiring – Female Disability Support Worker Empower Your Abilities is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to join our growing team. About the Role This is a community-based support role that involves travel between participant locations. The position can be under an ABN or TFN. You will work one‑on‑one with clients to provide personalised support with daily living, community access, therapy assistance, and safety during appointments and outings. Days & Hours Required: Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM & 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Every Second Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM + reserve shift 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM Every Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM Saturday and Sunday shifts are on weekend rates Key Responsibilities: Support participants in achieving their NDIS goals Provide personal care and daily living assistance (meal preparation, cooking, shopping, cleaning) Accompany participants to therapy sessions and community activities Follow and implement therapists' plans Assist with household duties and encourage independent living Maintain accurate case notes and progress reports Transport participants safely to appointments and outings.
