Your Opportunity As a qualified Physiotherapist in Residential Aged Care , you’ll join a large, collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering personalised treatments. You’ll also be part of an exciting new approach to allied health. Our award-winning Plena Care Pathway (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence) gives our therapists the chance to create tailored, evidence-based programs built around resident goals and priorities. This includes: Individual therapy interventions Group active ageing programs Care plan reviews Functional and mobility programs This innovative model empowers you to deliver care that makes a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives. Your Duties Your Duties (include but not limited to): Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations across ADLs, mobility, transfers, falls prevention, equipment needs, pressure care, skin integrity, joint management and pain management. Provide therapy interventions that promote independence and well-being. Adapt flexibly to the needs of both Plena and our partner aged care facilities.
