Our Planner/Scheduler is the first point of contact for our Glaziers, where you will be responsible for planning and scheduling daily jobs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service; effective co-ordination and communication and maintaining resources effectively. About the role: Planning, scheduling and quoting of daily work Maintain accurate records of schedules Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, sales team Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes About you: Glass and or trades scheduling / planning experience an advantage Ability to manage stakeholders Ability to prioritise multiple work projects Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities Simpro experience an advantage Benefits of working with O’Brien Staff Discount: Receive discount on products & services.
