Your role with us: As our Product Design Manager, you’ll lead, mentor and grow a talented team of designers, offering guidance, feedback and clear paths for development. You’ll define and uphold high design standards, ensuring every experience is consistent, purposeful and user-focused. Working closely with Product, Engineering and Creative leadership, you’ll translate vision into strategy, oversee delivery across squads and ensure design remains central to KICK’s roadmap. You’ll also strengthen processes, streamline operations and foster an inclusive, curious and high-performing culture where designers do their best work. Who are we? Kickstart your career and apply today What you will do: Manage, coach and grow a team of designers, providing feedback, guidance and development opportunities through 1:1s, performance reviews and growth conversations. Provide clear, actionable feedback to help designers navigate stakeholder input and deliver high-quality results. Define and uphold design standards, principles and systems across your domain, ensuring quality and consistency through critiques, reviews and alignment practices. Partner closely with senior designers to maintain high execution standards and apply a strategic product lens that meets user needs while pushing creative boundaries. Oversee design delivery across KICK squads, tracking progress, reporting impact and ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable outcomes. Collaborate on improving design processes, rituals and tools for greater efficiency, scalability and alignment across teams. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy and roadmap planning, representing design in strategic forums and influencing decisions with insights and data. Collaborate with the Creative Leadership Team to align across all Creative disciplines and champion design’s voice within the department. Foster an inclusive, high-performing design culture built on trust, curiosity and craft excellence. Champion continuous learning, growth and design maturity across the organisation. What you will bring: 8+ years’ experience in product design, with 3+ years in leadership or management. Proven track record building and leading high-performing design teams. Experience working in tech-driven environments or digital product companies. Interest or experience in streaming, gaming, entertainment or emerging technologies such as AI. Knowledge or curiosity about KICK, its community and the broader creator and streaming landscape. Deep understanding of UX, UI and product development processes. Excellent communicator, able to align design, business and technical perspectives. Strong strategic thinking, connects design decisions to product and company goals. Empathetic leader who values mentorship, growth and inclusion. Bonus points if you also have: Sports, Gambling and Cryptocurrency knowledge. Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack.
