Responsibilities Collaborating with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals. Driving proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Leading and facilitating bid workshops, reviews, and managing bid action plans. Highlighting the GHD difference and challenging bid teams to develop compelling proposals. Work across the winning work lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post submission activities. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional services, construction or property industries. Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organization. A proactive, organised and outcomes-oriented approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills with an ability to influence and negotiate. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite also desirable.
