Business Operations Coordinator Location: Bathurst Duration: Ongoing Grade: 7/8 ($113,574- $125,720 + Super) About the organisation Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales. Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying and mapping. Spatial Services provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally. As Business Operations Coordinator you will oversee the provision of and provide high-level business, administrative and support services to facilitate the efficient delivery of business operations and services to agreed standards. The ideal candidate will have: Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills, with demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at all levels Excellent organisational and administrative skills, preferably with prior experience supporting a busy executive office Proven high level attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability to move with changing priorities and an ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume work environment What we need from you Your application should include a covering letter (maximum two pages) and an up‑to‑date resume of no more than five pages which clearly details your skills and experience that make you an ideal candidate, and your reasons for applying for this position.
