Role Description: This is a full‑time remote role for a Grants Writer and Partnership Specialist. The role involves identifying and researching potential funding opportunities, preparing and submitting compelling grant applications and proposals, and maintaining relationships with partners and donors to secure funding. The specialist will also nurture partnerships with stakeholders and execute effective fundraising strategies to support the organisation's mission and objectives. This is a commission‑only position, rewarding successful grant acquisition and partnership outcomes. Responsibilities Identify and research potential funding opportunities. Prepare and submit compelling grant applications and proposals. Maintain relationships with partners and donors to secure funding. Nurture partnerships with stakeholders and execute fundraising strategies. Track grant compliance and manage application processes. Qualifications Experience in Grant Writing and Proposal Writing for securing funding opportunities. Strong Grant Administration skills, including managing application processes and tracking grant compliance. Proficiency in Prospect Research to identify and evaluate potential donors and funding sources. Expertise in Fundraising and partnership development. Strong organisational and time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. Previous experience in wellness‑oriented organisations would be an asset.
