Grants and Programs Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Research and identify potential funding opportunities from aid organizations, government bodies, and other relevant sources. Develop and write compelling grant proposals, aligning them with the guidelines and requirements of funding bodies. Create concept documents for potential projects, ensuring they align with the organisation's goals and funding opportunities. Collaborate with other team members to define project scopes, objectives, and outcomes. Drive the delivery of projects, ensuring they adhere to scope, timelines, and budget constraints. Manage and administer project budgets, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately to key partners. Prepare and submit progress and final reports to funding agencies, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements. Follow up with project attendees and stakeholders to assess project impact, capturing feedback for future improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of grant writing best practices, fundraising trends, and non-profit sector developments. Assist with post-program follow-up activities, ensuring lessons learned are documented and applied to future projects.
