You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our high-quality products meet supplier demands. As our Operator, you'll play a crucial role in the performance of our machinery and equipment, ensuring timely delivery of top-notch products. Your contributions will directly support our mission of excellence in bird care. Manufacturing Experience : Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Equipment Operation : Skills in setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting processing equipment, including wrapping machines. Quality Control : Experience in quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Diverse Equipment Handling : Familiarity with box filling, flow wrapping, or vertical form fill & seal bagging lines is a plus. Safety First : A strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Multi-Equipment Monitoring : Ability to operate and monitor augers, conveyors, seed cleaning, and milling equipment using software and physical checks. Your Key Responsibilities : Compliance : Ensure adherence to Quality, GMP, HACCP, Hygiene, and Food Safety practices. Safety Maintenance : Maintain a safe workplace and follow OH&S standards. Productivity : Meet production targets while minimizing waste and contributing to waste reduction initiatives. Continuous Improvement : Drive initiatives to enhance productivity. Troubleshooting : Assist in diagnosing maintenance issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for timely repairs. What can you expect from Mars?
