Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description We are posting on behalf of our client Brownes Foods Operations Pty Ltd for the position of Production / Machine Operator. Brownes Dairy collects over 140 million litres of milk each year from more than 50 dairy farming families located in WA’s pristine Southwest region. All our products are made in WA. Our CEO is a WA local. Brownes Dairy is fiercely protective of the environment, prides itself on sustainability leadership and offers free school tours to thousands of students to learn about the dairy industry. We are seeking an experienced Production / Machine Operator preferably within the food manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator you will operate and monitor processing equipment and filling machines. This hands‑on technical role requires you to adjust process parameters to maintain product consistency and perform in‑process quality checks to ensure compliance with production specifications. Essential Experience: Technical Skills: Previous experience working with processing equipment, automation systems, and quality control principles. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift to 25 kg, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with production, maintenance, and quality teams. Availability to work day and night shifts. Desirable Experience: Minimum one year of relevant experience in the food processing industry with automation systems and quality control principles. Ability to interpret production data, troubleshoot process deviations, and take corrective actions. Previous experience working with CITECT SCADA. What we offer: Employee rewards program.
