You will be part of a specialised group supporting growth in the critical minerals industry in Queensland, providing administration, procurement, and project support for high‑priority business activities. Key Responsibilities Provide administration, procurement, and project support for high‑priority business activities. Support the Brisbane‑based executive team and contribute to good governance. Undertake end‑to‑end procurement activities (e.g., raising purchase orders and processing invoices in SAP) in line with government frameworks. Apply sound procurement and contract management principles, utilising systems such as SharePoint, MS Forms, and Power BI. Provide high‑level advice through research, analysis, and interpretation on strategic, operational, and corporate governance issues. Essential Skills Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to apply relevant legislation and policy. Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate work within agreed timeframes. Good attention to detail and confidence in using systems, databases, or data. Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills. Previous experience using SharePoint, MS Forms, Power BI and SAP. Highly regarded: Previous experience or certification in Queensland Government procurement and/or relevant civil construction procurement experience is a plus.
