Join Bayer as a Territory Manager (Part‑time) and contribute to our vision of "Health for all, Hunger for none". Bayer is an innovative leader in consumer health, committed to solving global challenges through energy, curiosity, and dedication. Responsibilities Deliver KPIs, sales and market share targets; identify and act on customer opportunities. Create and implement a Territory Overview Plan using CRM; manage budgets effectively. Apply Bayer’s 5‑Step Selling Process; conduct product training and maintain product knowledge excellence. Optimize product ranging and share of shelf; secure category initiatives with key customers. Communicate effectively with internal teams and participate in team events. Adhere to OH&S and corporate compliance requirements; apply Bayer LIFE values. Qualifications Proven success in achieving sales results across a designated territory. Strong planning and prioritization skills. Business acumen with ability to leverage insights from data. Budget management experience. Understanding of sell‑out drivers and in‑store execution. Excellent presentation, communication and teamwork skills. Accuracy in reporting and CRM management (Perenso preferred). Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a sales territory. Experience with CRM technology preferred.
