About the Role: Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Office M365 Architecture Specialist. This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of 12 months, offering 2 extension options of 6 months each, located at our client’s Canberra, Brisbane, or Melbourne office on a Hybrid work arrangement. As the selected candidate, you will: Support the development of the client’s M365 roadmap by building expertise in M365, Copilot, and Power Platforms Help integrate M365, Intune, Windows 11, and Windows Hello for Business with their systems Work with internal and external teams to drive optimal technology solutions and adoption for the client Prototype, configure, and develop technical solutions within M365 to support project objectives Collaborate with Cyber and project teams to ensure compliance with PSPF, Essential 8, and security requirements To be successful in this role you should have: Experience in architecting secure, scalable solutions across M365, Intune, Autopilot, Windows Hello for Business, and Windows 11 M365 administration skills, including Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Copilot, and Power Platforms Technical expertise in enterprise adoption of M365 services Strong experience in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments, including hybrid cloud integration Certification in ITIL 4 and SIAM, and familiarity with secure authentication protocols like SAML, OIDC, and ADFS Ability to obtain or currently hold an NV-1 security clearance It is desirable if you have: Experience in knowledge/skills transfer activities with internal staff Knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as PSPF and Essential 8 Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain NV-1 security clearance.
