YOUR ROLE As a Mid-Market Account Executive you will drive growth across the Federal government mid-marketsegment. Working closely with Portfolio Client Executives and the Mid-Market Sales Leader youll play a pivotal part in expanding Thales presence within the enterprise and government sectors while receiving ongoing mentorship and professional development. What Youll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts driving revenue end-to-end. Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to achieve sales targets. Identify qualify and close new business opportunities across your assigned portfolio. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Collaborate across marketing pre-sales bid and delivery teams to deliver integrated client solutions. Provide accurate forecasting maintain CRM discipline and manage procurement and legal processes. What Youll Bring Demonstrated success in Federal or mid-market sales ideally within cybersecurity or IT services. Strong understanding of cybersecurity offerings from consulting and integration to managed services. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build executive relationships. Proficiency with CRM and forecasting tools; strong commercial acumen.
