Customer Care Specialist / Service Admin A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at Westco Motors BMW, one of FNQ's leading prestige automotive dealerships for an Customer Care Specialist / Service Administrator. You will also assist in roles such as Service Advisor / Service Admin & Reception. You will work with one of the world's leading prestige automotive brands, BMW. Your commitment to an unparalleled level of customer service will be paramount to this role. To be successful, you will need to have the following attributes: A strong commitment to customer service with a focus on surpassing each and every customer's expectations, every time. Ability to coordinate and prioritise work to be completed with Service Technicians and Aftersales Manager Excellent problem solving and time management skills Excellent phone, written and face to face communication skills Competent computer skills are vital to ensure records and data are entered into the Dealer Management System adequately The ability to multi-task and be well organised Be a team player but have the ability to work autonomously when required Prior mechanical experience an advantage but not essential Prior dealership experience or working within a Premium Service Environment an advantage but not essential Duties required (but not limited to): Making Service bookings Various clerical duties Ensuring the reception and dealership areas are kept clean presentable Carrying out tasks that involve data entry Assisting with general administration when required Doing follow up calls Checking of recalls Preparing future service bookings Warranty claim processing This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person to further their career.
