Research Fellow, Implementation Science in Mental Health & Addiction Job No.: Location: Turning Point, 110 Church Street, Richmond Employment Type: Full‑time Duration: 12‑month fixed‑term appointment Remuneration: $118,974 – $141,283 pa Level B (plus 17% employer superannuation) Key Responsibilities Design, coordinate and conduct implementation studies Prepare high‑quality ethics and grant submissions Produce peer‑reviewed publications and conference outputs Develop research tools, including surveys and protocols Support junior researchers and mentor early‑career staff Engage with external partners to ensure effective project delivery Contribute to national collaborations and professional forums Key Qualifications Doctoral qualification in a relevant health discipline (implementation science, psychology, mental health or public health) Strong analytical skills and experience in qualitative or mixed‑methods research Ability to work collaboratively and with initiative Advanced communication and manuscript preparation skills Proficiency in research software and academic publication processes About Monash University At Monash, work feels different.
