About the Role Multiple casual customer service positions available within 3 BlueFit sites in the Camden region. The Customer Service position at BlueFit would suit someone with experience in customer-facing and/or call centre environments, as well as previous exposure to working with children or the fitness industry. Responsibilities Welcoming new and existing members Responding to customer queries by phone or in person Membership and program lead management Swim School enrolments, class moves, and managing outstanding payments Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties. Maintaining a high accuracy rate on all phone calls and email enquiries, ensuring outlined KPIs are met. Maintaining a professional and friendly manner with all customer interactions Qualifications Required Valid Working with Children Check (NSW) First Aid & CPR Certificates Our commitment to child safety All children and young people have the right to be safe and feel safe.
