Team Leader, Electronic Conveyancing Compliance and Delivery (Jan 2026 start) NSW Land Registry Services – Sydney CBD NSW NSW Land Registry Services operates the NSW land titles registry for the State Government and the people of New South Wales. The land titles registry underpins the state’s secure, efficient and guaranteed system of land ownership. We define the legal ownership and boundaries of land parcels throughout NSW and sell land information products and services to a range of customers. The community, business and government rely on this information for a variety of purposes including land management, conveyancing, property development, investment, local planning, state economic and social development and historical research. About the role NSW Land Registry enables over 800,000 property transactions annually supporting $2.98 trillion in property value. Responsibilities Leading a specialist team in the delivery of electronic conveyancing operations advice, subscriber audits and fraud mitigation services. Managing quality assurance processes, overseeing error identification and recertification, and driving continuous improvements in image handling and document processing. Leading risk management and compliance initiatives through workshops, mandatory training, KPI monitoring and performance reporting. Building team capability and engagement through coaching, training and performance management. Delivering industry engagement and education strategies. Supporting continued system development through business rules, process improvement and automation, and user acceptance testing. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams effectively. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. 3-5 years’ experience in Real Property dealing examination and registration, or relevant experience. Experience leading fraud investigations, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities. Demonstrated expertise in electronic conveyancing processes, Electronic Lodgement Network Operations (ELNO) systems, and land dealing types. Experience in developing technical business requirements to support process automation and system enhancement, or similar experience.
