We are a growing engineering consultancy based in Sydney, offering comprehensive services across Civil, Structural, and Remedial Engineering. With a diverse project portfolio that spans residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, we are committed to delivering innovative and practical engineering solutions. Role We are seeking an experienced Remedial Engineer to join our Sydney team. This role is suited to a candidate with a minimum of 2‑3 years of local Australian experience who is well‑versed in delivering projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Remedial projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors from concept through to construction. Perform remedial analysis and design of various building components, including concrete, steel, timber, and masonry. Prepare and review design documentation, calculations, and engineering reports. Liaise with clients, architects, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Conduct site inspections, attend project meetings, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and drafters. Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards, Codes, and local regulations. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide innovative and practical solutions. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. Minimum 2‑3 years of local Australian experience in structural engineering design. Proven experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SpaceGass, ETABS, RAPT). Strong understanding of Australian Standards and Building Codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. Chartered status or eligibility for CPEng accreditation (preferred but not essential).
