The Maintenance Officer plays an essential role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of the physical environment within the Arcare facility. Your Key Responsibilities Will Be Facility Maintenance: Oversee and perform regular maintenance tasks throughout the residence, including inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as handling general repairs to keep the building in good working condition. Safety and Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment used in the facility or outsource to external companies. Skills & Experience Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn. Collaborative and skilled at teamwork. Friendly and effective communication abilities.
