Carbone Lawyers is seeking a dedicated Client Intake Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Client Intake Assistant, you will be responsible for: Managing all new client incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Referring calls and enquiries to relevant stakeholders Ensuring phones are responded toexpeditiously When not responding to enquiries, performing Paralegal tasks such as Preparing legal correspondence and court documents; General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, etc; Preparing and editing correspondence. You will ideally be currently completing your undergraduate studies and available to work full-time. You will have: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity Experience in high volume customer service or call centre roles within a legal or professional services environment Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively in a fast-paced work environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
