We are seeking highly motivated individuals to help us provide responsive, high‑quality assistance to our clients via phone, webchat, or in person. The role involves providing a welcoming entry point to Legal Help, diagnosing legal issues, providing information on a wide range of legal matters, and referring clients to qualified lawyers or other services. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of our service model. Our team strongly values diversity. This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
