We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our dynamic real estate team here at McGrath Collaroy | Dee Why. If you're driven, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and eager to contribute to the growth of the business, this is the role for you You will work closely with the agent throughout the entire sales process, providing crucial support and helping to drive sales in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will ensure the success of both the team and our clients. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Ensure all correspondence is completed and delivered by COB each day. Consistently manage emails and diaries on a daily basis. Provide ongoing support to the agent throughout the sales process. Handle all buyer inquiries via phone and email, prioritising personal contact. Attend buyer inspections, ensuring excellent client engagement. Track personal activity (e.g., calls made, appraisals, referrals) and report results to the agent daily. Monitor local market trends and update the agent on new listings, development applications, and expired opportunities. Identify and create new listing opportunities to meet set targets. Send weekly communication to your client database to maintain clear, consistent awareness. Attend appraisals with the agent and assist with property presentation. Manage new listings by preparing detailed vendor reports and maintaining a thorough understanding of all properties. Contact hot buyers prior to listings going live, ensuring seamless communication. Conduct post-sale follow-ups with buyers and advise of property sales. Participate in the exchange process, attend pre-settlement inspections, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Prospecting & Database Management: Regularly build and communicate with a growing database of clients. Complete all follow-ups for open for inspections and call new property owners. Consistently nurture hot buyers, especially those with properties to sell. Maintain an active buyer database, ensuring exceptional service and follow-through. Other Responsibilities: Schedule and attend open for inspections (OFIs), auctions, and various meetings as required. Stay on top of market developments, expired listings, and other trends that impact sales. Regularly set and share personal goals, collaborating with the agent to ensure success.
