Customer Advisor – Corio, Victoria Join Bendigo Bank as a Customer Advisor and take the driver’s seat in delivering an exceptional banking experience. About the Role This is a Permanent, Full-time position located in Corio . You will be the face of the branch, handling transactions, supporting digital banking, and providing tailored product advice. Key Responsibilities Explore customers’ needs through in-depth conversations, partnering with specialist teams to help them reach their financial goals. Support customers with digital literacy and online banking as our services evolve. Process transactions, handle cash, investigate queries, and assist with paperwork while keeping risk considerations front‑and‑center. What You’ll Bring Experience in a customer‑service environment with a track record of achieving targets. Strong attention to detail for secure, accurate transactions and a risk‑mindset. Drive for collaboration; mateship is crucial for teamwork and goal achievement. Banking and finance industry experience is a plus but not essential.
