Senior Pharmacist – Emergency Department & Team Leader Location: Central North Melbourne, close to public transport. About the Role Deliver high quality and patient focused emergency department pharmacy services. Assess, plan and implement clinical pharmacy services in the emergency department. Provide education and training to pharmacy and other healthcare professionals. Manage and coordinate your team to achieve patient focused KPIs. Prom the quality use of medicines by leading quality and safety projects. Contribute to on call, after hours and weekend services. Co‑lead a team of dedicated pharmacists. Full time ongoing position. Join a team with a respectful and inclusive culture. About You Pharmacist registered with AHPRA. Extensive clinical pharmacy experience in emergency medicine. Ability and enthusiasm to lead a team. Effective communication skills and a passion to share knowledge and educate others. Relevant postgraduate qualification or commitment to complete (desirable).
