Senior Renewals Specialist – Sydney, NSW, AU We are looking for a Senior Renewals Specialist to join the GTM team at Klaviyo. This role orchestrates successful and timely renewals for manually‑contracted Klaviyo customers, partnering closely with Customer Success and Sales to drive renewal administration and upsell discussions in a fast‑paced environment. Job Summary The Senior Renewals Specialist is a key functional member of the GTM team. Responsibilities include orchestrating the renewal process, creating smarter workflows with AI, leveraging customer data, and working cross‑functionally to secure approvals and new opportunities. Responsibilities Schedule, attend, and document customer renewal calls. Transform workflows by building AI‑centric systems and smarter processes from the ground up. Leverage system data and information from CSM to understand current customer state. Scope contract options and levers, and facilitate internal approvals as required. Identify add‑on or cross‑sell opportunities and pass conversations to Account Executives when appropriate. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to get all orders booked per company guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements 3‑4 years of experience in business development, customer success, sales support, or renewals. Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects and eagerness to learn new tools quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Critical thinking ability to create and improve processes. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent work experience; a Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $112,000—$168,000 AUD In addition to base salary, compensation may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign‑on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
