About The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join the team. Responsibilities Behavioural support assessments Writing of behavioural support plans Providing behavioural support interventions including 1:1 support and group-based settings, in clinic, at home and schools Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders About You Experience as a behavioural support practitioner or in a similar role Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations Ideally have Core BSP registration Ability to work autonomously and as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties Why Choose Optimum Health Solutions?
