The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to lead our workshop and warehouse operations, as well as management of warranty jobs. This key role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of warranty jobs, workshop jobs, and warehouse management, ensuring efficient service deliveries, cost control, and enhanced cash flow while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. How You Will Make An Impact Oversee warranty job lifecycle from initiation to resolution, providing customers with prompt assistance and acting as the main point of contact among customers, the product sales team, and manufacturing facilities. Create and coordinate quality notifications (QN) in production and conduct timely cost analysis, ensuring accurate invoices to relevant stakeholders. Assess job scope, procure materials, and execute high-quality workshop jobs, managing invoicing, monitoring profitability, and aligning with service commitments to improve revenue and cash flow. Inspect service warehouse operations and facility management activities, manage service tools, and ensure prompt repair and calibration of tools to facilitate effective service delivery. Manage the CAPEX process for tools and equipment, maintain inventory records, organize the warehouse to enhance safety and space utilization, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background TAFE diploma in technical field or bachelor’s degree in engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction projects within the power sector or 10 years of experience as a service coordinator in the power sector. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
