Role Overview As a Partner/Co-Founder at URBANE.ex, you will play a strategic role in shaping the direction, success, and identity of the brand. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial with strong creative instincts, a passion for hospitality/tourism, and the desire to build a venture with global ambition. You will represent URBANE.ex across multiple regions, contribute to decision‑making, lead projects, and support key initiatives across media, production, partnerships, travel, and events. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Creative Leadership Contribute to brand strategy, creative direction, and business growth decisions. Lead or co‑lead selected creative projects, campaigns, and productions. Support the development of new products, services, and market opportunities. Partnerships & Business Development Represent URBANE.ex in domestic and international meetings, site inspections, and events. Support and nurture partnerships with hotels, tourism boards, artists, and brands. Assist with building new relationships across EU/EMEA/APAC markets. Media, Content & Creative Execution Support creative storytelling, content creation, and production planning. Contribute ideas for videos, photography, reels, and digital content. Assist with copywriting, conceptualising campaigns, and brand positioning. Travel, Events & Project Support Join regional or international media families, site inspections, and hotel visits. Assist with event planning, artist management, and travel coordination. Support internal teams on URBANE.ex projects and itinerary creation. Operations & Collaboration Work closely with the Founder and creative team on key business initiatives. Bring entrepreneurial thinking, problem solving, and proactive execution. Support administrative elements related to creative, media, or travel projects. Who We’re Looking For Experience & Background Interest or experience in creative hobbies (photography, videography, design, writing, social media, travel content). Experience or enthusiasm for hospitality, tourism, media, or events. Strong communication skills and comfort in global, multicultural settings. Mindset & Attributes Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to learn. Passionate about travel, lifestyle, hotels, and creative storytelling. Ambitious, reliable, and excited to grow with a fast‑moving startup. Comfortable representing URBANE.ex in professional and social settings. Remuneration Structure (Franchisee Model) Partner/Co-Founder – URBANE.ex Group As a Partner/Co-Founder operating under the URBANE.ex franchise model, remuneration is structured to reward performance, growth, brand representation, and contribution to the global network. The following are one‑time remuneration structure options, each of which can only be applied once: 1. Revenue‑Share Model 2. Regional Commission Incentives This is not a full‑time salaried role, unless you can commit to the business.
