The Maintenance Officer supports the Home Manager and/or Maintenance Manager to ensure the home and all equipment is maintained to the individual needs, wishes and goals of the residence. The Maintenance Officer is part of an integrated team of people working within an established and agreed framework supporting the resident to live their best life. Your main duties will include: Build effective working relationships with facility staff and residents Acknowledge and maintain residents’ rights, privacy and confidentiality in accordance with the Charter of Residents’ Rights.
