The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the technology that supports our Policy and Financial Markets departments. This role involves leading teams, strategic planning, and building relationships with senior executives. Relationship Management: Build effective partnerships between Business and IT. Problem Solving: Approach complex issues with an open mind. Team Development: Lead and develop teams to achieve outcomes and foster improvement. Policy & Process Improvement: Enhance policies and systems for integrity and standards adherence. Risk Management: Identify and respond to risks and opportunities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships and align expectations with stakeholders. About you Experience leading and motivating teams, coaching managers. Proven ability to build relationships within complex organizations. Experience managing risks in technology environments ensuring reliability. Technical expertise and understanding of business needs within similar organizations.
