Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks. In this role, you will: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Beak Street We are immensely proud that our childcare centre holds an Exceeding rating from ACECQA and boasts nearly 100 years of collective early childhood learning experience. Many of our long-term Educators have been with us for over a decade, contributing to a strong team focus on professional development and staff upskilling. We cater to children from six weeks to five years of age, with a maximum daily capacity of 74 children. Our outdoor playground areas offer a harmonious blend of natural and manmade elements, featuring various play surfaces. The spaces include sandpits, a dry creek bed, a vegetable patch with worm farms, chickens, beehives, and compost areas.
