We’re looking for a vibrant, professional, and customer-focused Property Sales Associate to join our team at our beautiful new Sundancer Homes showroom in Albury and our new display homes in Leneva If you love engaging with people, have a knack for organisation, and bring a polished presentation to every interaction—this is your opportunity to shine every weekend. Key Responsibilities Capturing and recording leads for Sales Consultants & the Sales Manager. Assisting our Sales consultants at a higher level. Under the guidance and / or direction of a Sales Consultant, following up enquiries with potential buyers. Responding to general enquiries from potential buyers. Providing support to our sales consultants at a higher level in undertaking a range of functions associated with the selling. Assisting in the preparation of documentation and correspondence in relation to the sale of our properties. Such documentation and correspondence may include but is not limited to: Advertising material associated with the homes and properties. Sales contracts and sales plans. Sales advice forms and agreement documents. Preparing properties, showrooms and display homes for presentation and maintaining high levels of presentation. Collaborating with sales consultants and sales managers with adhoc tasks. Create memorable experiences as you support customers through the sales cycles. Assist with the day-to-day operations of advertised properties, displays and or showrooms. Present information for customers to confidently select properties and homes suitable to them. Be open to learning all aspects of new home, land and property sales with the aim of potentially graduating to Sales Consultant roles. Who We’re Looking For An outgoing, engaging and genuine helpful personality. Motivated by KPI’s and driven to achieve results, (with potential bonus fees or commissions paid to you as reward). A strong drive to learn and grow your career in real estate & property sales. Availability to work Thursday to Monday’s (with Tuesdays & Wednesdays off) Be very well dressed, present yourself in a neat and tidy manner for our brand representation & also be willing to wear business uniforms if supplied by us.
