Role Overview We believe great design can change how legal professionals work and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help do just that You’ll be joining a close-knit, purpose-driven design team that is passionate about solving complex workflows and making everyday tasks simpler, faster, and effortless. You’ll lead design for a core product area, taking ideas from sketch to launch using your user centric thinking and crafting the details that matter. You will be working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders making collaboration feel easy. From research to delivery, you’ll bring clarity to complexity, champion user needs, and help us push the boundaries of what great design looks like in legal SaaS. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to polished, production-ready UI Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover real-world needs Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate ideas clearly Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and quality implementation Contribute to and evolve our design system, maintaining consistency across products and supporting scalable component patterns. About You Extensive experience designing end-to-end for complex web applications, ideally in B2B SaaS Excellent visual design skills with a track record of delivering impactful work Experience running user research and turning insights into tangible design outcomes Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design-to-dev workflows A pragmatic, curious, and adaptable approach to solving the right problems well Systems thinker who can map user journeys and flows to guide cohesive solutions Strong collaborator with a track record of partnering across teams to define problems, align on priorities, and deliver thoughtful, user-first solutions Legal tech experience is a plus, but curiosity about the domain matters more What's in it for you?
