Base pay range A$70, - A$85, per year What You'll Be Doing Drive outbound prospecting efforts through high-volume, multi-channel outreach to engage potential customers and uncover new business opportunities. Qualify and nurture inbound leads across phone, email, and chat to create strong first impressions and set up Account Executives for success. Clearly articulate the product's value in a consultative, customer-focused way while identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand existing accounts. Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM and outreach tools, helping refine sales processes and improve lead conversion. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer‑success teams to share insights, improve performance, and celebrate team wins. Experience needed 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, ISR or similar), ideally in SaaS. Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outbound outreach. Driven, curious, and ready to build something great. Strong communicator who thrives on hitting goals and solving problems. A team player who wants to grow in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Bonus points if you understand small‑business challenges or the digital marketing space. $70k – $85k base + Super + Commissions + Hybrid work environment + Health Insurance.
