We’re on a mission to build a single view of our customer, enabling smarter marketing and targeted communications. As the Manager for Data Quality (DQ) and Master Data Management (MDM), you’ll play a key role in bridging business and technical teams to ensure our data is accurate, trusted, and fit for purpose. Key focuses include Act as the go‑to expert for Data Quality and MDM, translating business needs into clear requirements for engineers. Define and document business and technical requirements for MDM (including survivorship rules, match and merge logic) and DQ standards. Partner with stakeholders to establish data definitions, quality thresholds, and governance practices. Draft documentation and frameworks that engineers will execute, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive initiatives to improve data quality and support the creation of a single customer view for marketing and engagement from inception to operationalisation supported by change management. Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision‑making. Manage and optimise DQ and MDM tooling across platforms such as Informatica MDM and Collibra, working collaboratively with the Product Owner. What You Bring To This Role Experience leading Data Quality and MDM concepts; familiarity with tools like Collibra or Informatica is a plus. Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation (BRDs, functional specs, user stories), and data analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams and manage competing priorities. Proficiency in SQL, with experience in data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and BI/reporting integration, is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting DQ and MDM tools and technologies, such as Collibra and Informatica is a plus. Why join us?
